About This Statement
This statement defines how Neurequity Limited (“Neurequity” or “the Company”) aims to ensure there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in its supply chain or in any part of its business.

Supply Chain
Neurequity’s supply chain is primarily concerned with the sourcing of the following:

Software licenses and associated support services from approved partners

Professional services from partner organisations and third party contractors (both directly and via service companies)

Software development services from approved partners
The Company procures other items from time to time such as computer equipment and mobile telephone contracts and handsets.
Company Policies
The Company is committed to ensuring there is no modern slavery or human trafficking within its supply chain or any part of its business. The Company aims to act ethically and with integrity in all business relationships and expect that its suppliers and partners act in a similar fashion.
Neurequity has a zero tolerance to slavery and human trafficking and expects that all those in its supply chain act in compliance with its policies.
Due Diligence Processes
To ensure the Company meets its commitments, the following processes are in place:

All partners and providers of third party resources are carefully selected to ensure that they are reputable and of good standing

All directly engaged third party contractors are interviewed in person to ensure that they are working freely in the UK and are not subject to any undue conditions from other parties

Where dealing with national or international partners, it is preferred to deal with a UK-based office or branch where possible

Items of equipment or other sundry items are procured from an established and reputable business that operates in the UK

All service providers are expected to apply similar policies to those put in place by the Company

The reporting of concerns is encouraged, and appropriate protection is offered to whistle blowers

Directors and staff are briefed regarding the Company’s policies
Statement of Compliance
This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes the Company’s approach to anti-slavery and human trafficking.
Review
This statement will be reviewed at least annually or when required by changes in circumstances.
